Meet our team

Jeroen Hut
With a career that has taken me to ten countries, I have developed a broad perspective on the international hotel industry. Early on, I discovered my passion for the hospitality sector, where numbers and hospitality come together.
With experience at international chains such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG, as well as at various independent (boutique) hotels, I have built up broad expertise in accounting, re-branding and pre-opening processes. My strength lies in translating complex financial data into clear insights and practical solutions that help teams move forward.
Thanks to my knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI), I help organisations streamline their processes and improve their financial performance. What drives me most is building and guiding strong financial teams that make a real impact.
I have been working as an independent professional in the hospitality sector for several years. I believe that good financial insights form the basis for growth, and I enjoy helping organisations put this into practice.

Rutger Koenis
Born in Groningen, raised in Limburg, I have since spent nearly my entire professional career in the hotel industry in the Amsterdam and Utrecht region. During my studies at the Maastricht Hotel Management School, I never expected to find my place in the world of Hospitality Finance — yet nothing could be further from the truth.
After graduating from the Maastricht Hotel Management School, I quickly discovered that my real strength lies in connecting figures with the operational side of hospitality. Over the years, I have honed my skills and turned this into my speciality.
For several years now, I have been working as an independent professional, using my passion for hospitality and finance to help organisations move forward. I believe that the right financial insights not only guide a company, but can also help it grow. I look forward to discovering together how we can use our expertise to help your company.
